Saratay is Thailand's premier Taylor Swift fan community platform, founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. What began as a small chat group among friends has evolved into a thriving community with over 50,000 members across digital platforms.
Through Saratay Events, we've transformed the fan experience from passive appreciation to active cultural participation. We organize immersive gatherings that celebrate Taylor Swift's artistry while creating meaningful connections within Thailand's Swiftie community.
From intimate listening parties to sold-out theater events, each Saratay experience is carefully crafted to authentically capture the essence of Taylor's musical eras while adding our unique Thai perspective.

Created pre-screening activities and branded photo opportunities that enhanced the audience experience
Managed a team of 15 staff and coordinated with multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
This landmark event completely sold out within 6 days, setting a new record for Saratay Events.

An immersive nautical journey reimagining the album listening experience as a first-day orientation for newly appointed tortured poets. Guests embarked on a cruise experience where they heard the Chairman (Taylor Swift) present her latest work while surrounded by poetic ambiance.

Created the literary-inspired "First Day Orientation" concept and comprehensive visual identity
Designed custom credentials, welcome kits, and departmental stationery themed to match the album aesthetic
Transformed the vessel venue with typewriters, manuscript pages, and vintage literary decor
Developed interactive poetry stations where attendees created verses inspired by album themes
This conceptual listening party received recognition from Universal Music Thailand as one of the most creative album launch events of the year.

A celebration of Taylor Swift's return to owning her work, this event was the centerpiece of a campaign connecting 7 Asian countries in simultaneous listening parties. Thailand (Saratay) served as the main organizer, coordinating this international fan experience.

Created unified branding guidelines that were adapted by fan communities across all participating countries
Designed the physical ticket with a solid ticket stock reminiscent of concert memorabilia
Developed special Instagram filters that connected participants across all countries
This pioneering event established Saratay as a regional leader in the fan community, resulting in ongoing collaborations with international Swift fan groups.

Midnights Listening Party, which was held in Thailand today, July 13, 2023. The party was a listening event for Blondie's new album, Midnights. The only country that was cancelled on Taylor Swift's Red Tour was Thailand, due to political unrest at the time. The person who posted the message is expressing their nostalgia for the Red Tour and their hope that Blondie will come on tour to Thailand.
The event will feature the launch of the new album, as well as a first-time screening of the music video for the song "Anti-Hero" in Thailand. The event is free to enter and is co-organized by Mischa Cheap and Universal Music Thailand.
About 470 people are expected to attend the event.

A pandemic swept the world, killing millions of people. We all had to adjust to a new way of life, quarantining, wearing masks, and carrying hand sanitizer. The following year, we received news from a far-off land of a group of magicians who decided to come together to cast a magical spell through music in the hope of helping millions of people get through this difficult time together. The magicians cast their spell in a deep forest, with the help of animals and villagers. The river answered their call, and the willow tree whispered a lullaby. The event was so magical that people still talk about it years later. The magicians will remain in our memories forever. To commemorate these events, we invite you to listen to the story again from the villagers who live in a cottage under the small willow tree where the magicians once stayed at a time in history. (celebrating the albums folklore and evermore)
